Dodgers Take A 2-1 Lead In The NLDS

Unfortunately, things have been a little busy around here and I haven't been able to post much for a few days. But, that being said, I have paid attention fully to the NLDS and cannot wait for today's potential last game of this series to get the Dodgers into the NLCS.

All of our big bats are swinging easy now, based on last night's game. Hanley, Juan and Carl were on fire last night with big hits and homers. In fact, Hanley Ramirez tied the NLCS record and the franchise record for the most extra-base hits in a postseason series. Although Ryu had a tough first 3 innings, our bullpen made up for the damage with Chris Capuano coming in to relieve. The Dodgers ended the game on top, 13-6.

Ricky Nolasco(13-11, 3.70ERA) takes the mound today after last night's incredible game at Dodger Stadium. Hopefully, we can close out this series and move on to the Pennant Series.

CORRECTION: Dodgers just announced Clayton Kershaw to be the starting pitcher today.
